I had a similar experience with that dealership. I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. They initially agreed to a specific price during our discussions, but when it came time to finalize the deal, they did not honor the pricing agreement. Instead, they attempted to add extra costs and fees that were never mentioned before.

This kind of business practice—making promises to secure a customer’s trust and then changing terms later—is misleading and unprofessional. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any dealership, especially when customers are making such an important financial decision.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering this dealership get everything in writing and double-check the final paperwork carefully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them for fair or trustworthy service.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER !! They sold us a 2014 ram truck with a knock in it. We drove off the lot not thinking that a dealer ship would sell us a messed up vehicle right off the lot. They’ll sell you a car with no engine lights and try to make you wait 30 days for their “warranty” to kick in so by then it’ll be too late for you to do anything. We ended up getting the truck diagnosed and inspected and found out the truck has a rod knock which means the motor could possibly need to be replaced. They took advantage of us because we’re young and first time car buyers. Please for your sake do NOT do business with these people. Although they may seen nice and caring they do not have the best intentions. They’ve been giving us the run around and hate to answer phone calls and messages. They will try to send you to their mechanic after trust was already broken. We’ve been waiting for our paperwork and every time we ask for it they give us the round around. Again like I said please and believe me when I say DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Most of these good reviews you see are fake reviews written by the workers themselves. They’ll ask you to leave a review then use your phone to search up the business and write a good review themselves.

Thank you to Marco, Sophia and Robert. They were amazing and we were finally able to finalize my deal today and I’m taking my car home. I will be coming back for my next vehicle and recommending friends and family.

If I could give this business -5 stars, I absolutely would. Please stay away and believe every single negative review about this dealership.

After multiple conversations with a sales rep named Luis, we set an appointment for Saturday, September 6th at noon. We even arrived early, driving an hour and a half from my home to Hollywood, giving them the benefit of the doubt despite all the red flags in the reviews.

The moment we pulled into the lot, before even stepping out of our car, we were swarmed by sales reps. Most were dressed in T-shirts, joggers, or jeans — very unprofessional and not what you’d expect when representing a dealership. We were taken to meet Luis, only to be brushed off and handed to another salesman, Randy (who, to be fair, was polite and helpful).

The vehicle we were interested in was parked on another lot. As Randy went to get the keys, we noticed a man mopping the driver’s side floorboard. The second he saw us, he quickly packed up his cleaning supplies and left. When we inspected the car, it was soaked inside — drenched with water.

We returned to our vehicle, clearly uninterested, and another salesman approached asking how it went. When we explained that the car was soaking wet, his casual response was, “Oh, I hope they didn’t leave the window open.” But the water damage was obviously from a leaking roof, not an open window.

This experience was a complete waste of time and confirmed everything we read in the negative reviews. Unprofessional, misleading, and shady practices. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

This dealer called me repeatedly and when I went the vehicle was defective and in poor condition, saying it was on consignment and not theirs, then they issued a supposed "credit denial" notice by email. They are liars. I do not recommend this place.
