5 out of 5 at this dealership. I've been shopping around for a new truck that fits my needs, my price, and the looks i want for awhile. In my search I came across this dealership through a friend of mine who recommended this dealership who previously dealed with Nick Sanchez. I connected with Nick and we worked over the phone and that experience is what sent me on a 3+ hour drive to this dealership. Guys honest and straight to the point. Dude even went out all out and provided as much info and media I needed on the possible truck prospect and then some. Guy really knows his stuff too and gave me pointers on what I should get to upgrade my truck with when its time too. As for the dealership, its huge, busy, clean, and lots of vehicles in and out all day. Vehicles are really well spaced out so you can properly give them a look around. Plenty of sitting space inside too. Theres also a little kids area to keep them entertained with a movie or shows. Lots of accessory display but could be a little more but that isn't a complaint. I highly recommend anyone shopping around to check this place out.

I was able to find the car I wanted here.  The sales process was fast and easy.  Tatum and Dylan are taking great care of us as we go through the shipping and delivery process.

8/17/25 We’ll we took delivery of our brand new RAV4 last week.  It is everything I expected from Toyota including expensive.  The car was promised by 6 September, but arrived on the 12th of August.  The staff were all very helpful and friendly.  The salesmen Tatum and Dylan were easy to work with and we were contacted by the General Manager, Neil Underwood to assure we were satisfied with their service.  Eleno in the finance department did our paperwork in record time, but it still seems like forever when you are just waiting to get in your new car and ride.  Phil Cash, the sales manager, said to contact him if we have any issues.  All in all I think this was a quick and easy process and the car look beautiful.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and the service they provided was excellent! My sales rep, Nico, went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car that fit both my needs and budget. He was extremely friendly and provided me lots of helpful information! The process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. Highly recommended this dealership and highly recommended asking for Nico to help you look for the best car!

Scammers. HAD MY CAR FOR 7 MONTHS. COUNTLESS TRIPS TO AND FROM (45mins from my house)
Refused to warranty my transmission on my Rav4 after going out at 80k. (Yes, brand new and bought from them with warranty). They refused to warranty, then agreed to warranty only after I brought my car to another mechanic shop, having them write up a statement saying, yes, this transmission obviously needs repair. Toyota had my car for 7 months, put me in 10+ rentals.
They put a remanufactured transmission in that started leaking, had to bring it back AGAIN. Finally after 7 months they returned the car... with messed up alignment. It was not driveable.
They completely disabled my dash cam (actually took it apart)
- Returned car in filthy condition
- Returned car with missing trim
Added 3,000+ miles to odometerto "fix alignment" - Dropped off with 89k, refusing to compensate or explain, stating I put those on between one of the transmission leaks.
- Made me bring back one of their rentals in the middle of my contract because they sold it
- Billed my insurance for a crack in the windshield in one of the rentals (driving 7+ months on AZ highway it's bound to happen) - Toyota made sure to bill ME
- Returned my car with nail in tire in the firewall and are refusing to fix
- Returned car with completely missing trim on the roof
- Hit something with my car to completely screw up alignment

Overall, I had an excruciating and very illegal experience with Toyota who has refused to compensate me at all for my time, energy, and their mistakes (which were a ton, literally 1 or 2 things every time I dropped it off). Bri at the cashier deserves a raise for all she dealt with.

P.s. two years ago I took my car to them for an oil change and they scratched it. These people will take advantage of you and do not care about taking care of their customers whatsoever. Go with Hyundai! Anybody else!
