2010 rp176. Great shape. (Stored) No leaks. Everything, including fridge works Well taken care of. I have resealed all exterior seams. Will need new batteries, existing ones charge doesn't last more then a couple days. Everything inside is in great shape. New sink. Comes with towing package, which includes sway control bar and hitch system. Electrical cord for plug in to camp site. All upgraded LED lighting. Black water line. A sweet bag of plastic frogs... cause you gonna be the talk of campground, (R-pod thing) Two black water storage tubes under back of unit. New microwave Two propane tanks with cover- one might even be full. Tv, with DVD player and electrical converter for phones. Air-conditioned might need to be recharged(we never used it.) Over all well aged little unit, great shape. Title on hand. (Lowballers will be promptly ignored)
