Im selling a nice futon that was in my spare bedroom, only slept on once and was used only a handful of times to sit on. Only selling it to set up my spare bedroom as a office and need space. Very clean and only a couple little scuffs in the wood. It also has a non slip mat underneath so if your sitting on it the mattress wont slide down. 84in long 32.5in tall 53in wide when laid out flat Asking $300
