In very good condition, but comfortably worn in. Husband still sleeps on them comfortably when he is in the “dog house.” Well maintained. Owner is OCD and paid meticulous attention to their detail. Do have dogs in the home, but they are not allowed on couches (except when the husband is the dog). They are full leather. 10 years old. Normal wear and tear - not the hard leather couches that are promoted these days. No tears, rips, or scratches. Leather conditioned regularly. Bought them for $1500 at Ashley. $350 for the set.
