Aladdin 1950s Trailer 14'

This trailer is valued at $25,000 (if it was in its original condition) according to the DMV. Will consider best offer. Need gone ASAP! It's with my MIL and I already moved out of state. I have made some upgrades to the trailer but it could still use some work or left as is. I have a video of what it looked like after I set it up the way I wanted it if interested since I don't have the best pictures of it ATM. I really don't want to part with it but unfortunately I moved across the country and it's easier to sell than tow all the way here. It is currently with my MIL who has power of stand will be able to finalize any sale without me there. I bought it for my business as a mobile office and "workshop". It has plenty of potential for the right person. It has a pull out bunk/storage up top towards the back of the trailer. All windows are intact and functional. It has the ability for water and electric hookups. There is a countertop with a sink and plenty of storage.
