Description
No money down. Just want it gone. Bought it for the family. Turns out the family doesn’t like to camp except for me. It’s not paid off so new owner will have to transfer loan under their name and continue to pay it off. It’s $200 a month for 10years. I only owe $19k on it. Im also willing to draw up a contract if you don’t want to put it under your credit. Trailer will need a new water heater. That’s all that’s wrong with it. Should be covered under warranty but I’ve been lazy to get it fixed.
