Vintage Tin Cement Mixer Toy Truck, Japan, Possibly SSS Shioji 1950s/working . This is a Japanese cement mixer made from tin. It carries a license plate that reads s-3840 but no other markings. It does look like an IH cab and it resembles trucks from https://offerup.co/faYXKzQFnY?$deeplink_path=/redirect/ is very nice as far as body and details. The friction drive is free and does drive the hopper. There is some dirt and minor scratches but the body is quite nice.
