In very good condition futon couch opens into a queen bed and single futon chair opens into a twin bed. I have an extra set of covers for both in burgundy. Very nice covers plus pillows that came with it. I paid over $2,000 when I first bought the set. It’s been very well taken care of. Couch is 7 ft long. Chair is almost 3 and 1/2 ft wide.
