An amazing ‘boutique-like’ feel that gave a step-above experience with all staff involved exceeding expectations while keeping that personal touch dynamic. I went to look at an Alfa Romeo Stelvio this morning, and Emmanuel Vilxhez assisted me. I noticed that he was very honest, professional and empathetic. I came here thinking I was gonna get hustled, but this gentleman was very professional treated me like family and was open and honest and gave me a great experience which inspired me to write this review. First of All, I Filled Out a Very Simple Form at the Website to get the Ball Rolling and Almost Immediately Got an Answer From the Internet Department Ms. Jenny Gonzalez then I was Assigned to a Very Nice Young Man Sales Representative Mr. Emmanuel Vilchez who Answered All My Questions Then I Spoke To The Pre-owned Vehicles Sales Manager Mr. Alex Luna Very Straightforward Gentleman and to the Point Without Any Games or Wasting of Time, He Explained The Best He Could Do For Me and After Being in 3 Different Dealerships I knew It was an Excellent Deal!!! My Only Regret It's not being Here Before! Finance was Good and Overall A Great Buying Experience and Didn't Have to Be All Day at the Dealership Neither!!! Even Though I Drove From Far Away The Trip was Worth It and Save Money In The Process!!! And Remember To Ask For Your Free Oil Changed!
