Hi guys, I have this Rowe BC-3500 change machine that was found in a storage auction. T-handle needs replacing because we have no key but everything else seems to be in good working condition. The bill reader seems to be in good condition but doesn’t accept bills, manual says it’s a programing issue, if you’re familiar with this machine this is an easy fix. If you are interested please stop by and take a look and bring help to load this, because it’s heavy. Please let me know if you have any questions. Price is negotiable.
