1967 Mosrite Celebrity bass project

This is an early Mosrite Celebrity bass. I mainly play guitar but got it in a batch of guitars and other instruments purchased from the estate of a local musician. The serial number is L-0168. The tuners are Hipshots. The pickups are Californian-made M3s which specialized in Mosrite reproductions. The bridge cover and tailpiece are not original. All electronics work. There is very minimal wear for its age. These versions with no control plate are less common. I took it apart to learn about the construction and the mortise and tenon joint and check out a shim that had been placed in because it seemed to have an odd neck angle. There is a professionally-repaired crack on the neck heel part of the joint. It is solid. I have not reassembled it and have started too many other guitar projects during corona to merit a bass one for now. Feel free to ask any questions or for specific pictures. Thanks.
