We bought this used and did some pretty heavy restoration on it about 5 years ago. (It had a damaged roof and other issues). It used to be a hot tub gazebo and could still be used for that if the bar was removed. I expect the new owners will want to pressure wash, Re-stain/seal it, and perform some minor restoration and reinforcement. The California sun is very harsh, but I’m quite impressed with how it has weathered. Bar is 42” high, 26” deep and 80” wide. We built the bar custom and I’m sure it’s really heavy. The whole package will have to be moved in a minimum of 2 pieces (bar and gazebo). The bar cannot be disassembled, but the gazebo can be. If you need it disassembled, I need at least a couple days lead time. Help would always be appreciated and you’ll also learn how it goes back together (I had to figure it out myself).
