Selling my mother in laws 2003 Jetta. This car is 17 years old so it does have wear and tear like any older car. Recently had a tire change done but the mechanic had to break off the lug nut since it was stripped and wouldn’t come off. The muffler is loud but that’s how she got the car when she bought it from someone. The battery is new , just 4 months old. The engine light is on and I have no clue what it could be. Oils change was down two months ago. The car drives but will most likely need to be looked at about that engine light. You are welcomed to see it and test drive it if serious about purchasing. Clean title on hand. ITS A AUTOMATIC GLS BUT FOR SOME REASON OFFERUP DOESNT HAVE THAT OPTION. UPDATE: I took the car yesterday to the mechanic and he said that the car needs a O2 sensor replaced which is why the engine light is on. It will also need an the exhaust system replaced. engine and transmission are good. I will will like the price firm $1500 but I’m willing to listen to offers. If you offer 1k or less I’m not going to respond.
