2000 Coachman Mirada, Just under 40,000 miles. Not being used and taking up too much space. In an effort of reducing wasted time for both you and I, I'm listing the condition of the RV to the best of my knowledge. RV will be sold As-Is ***PLEASE READ*** I recently took possession of this RV and have not used it yet. The RV has some issues that I know of. Maybe even some that I don't know. I'll list what I'm aware of: -electric steps when coming in the door don't work. You can hear the solenoid or whatever working but the steps don't extend out. Stuck -rubber caulking around windshield & several windows is flimsy or out of place. -rear ladder has a part broken. Still seems safe to climb. -some of the window blinds are messed up. Maybe 2 or so. Cheap fix -Tires have good tread left, but the RV sat in storage for a year prior to me taking possession so they might need to be replaced. -Generator: Onan model. I was told the generator was serviced a year ago. The generator is currently sitting inside the cabin and not hooked up. I have not tested it and have no idea if it works. Pretty sure it does but it's heavy and I can not carry it out to connect and test. Looking online, this type of generator seems to be selling for 3.5k used on eBay. -When new, this RV comes with a futon type sofa that sits behind the driver. It's missing. Can probably connect any type of chair or sofa instead. Engine: All I Know is it's a Ford V10. Engine starts, runs and sounds great. Regular AC doesn't seem to cool. Main cabin AC probably works but untested since I can't hook up the generator Regarding the shower, toilet, sink etc. All look to be in good condition. All the water tanks are under the bed in the rear bedroom and look to be in great condition. I have never hooked it up to water or electric so can't guarantee anything. I am selling the RV at well below market value for the simple reason that I understand very little about them and don't know how to use/test everything.
