Description

These chests were used in Chinese households for storing items like blankets and linens, and more decorative versions served as furniture in wealthy homes. They have also been used as hope chests. This chest features intricate carvings on the top and sides. It was used by my sister to store silver and china and was a feature in her living room. We are selling this along with many of her possessions as we have had to move her into memory care.
