The owner before rented it out and that's why there are so many miles, these things are used as ambulances and can go for a million miles. There is 40 gallon tank of fresh water and two 35gallon tanks for grey and black water. The ONAN QG 4000 generator charges all outlets, microwave and air conditioner and uses 1/2 gallon of gas per hour. Otherwise fridge, heat etc. do not need generator. New house battery installed April 2020. Has a lead acid battery and a 138ah lithium iron phosphate battery. Cosmetic damage on front and back (bumper) of vehicle and ladder not attached securely to roof but was recently caulked as preventative maintenance. Typical cosmetic flaws from normal wear and tear. Sleeps @ least 6. More than 4 seat belts in house portion of RV. It is in great shape for age and well maintained. I never drive it above 55mph. DOES NOT LEAK. very important, very common for ALL vehicles having leaking roof so make sure yours doesn't. It did have water damage at front near overhead cab.
