-2001 Cameo 850 Series hot tub by Sundance Spas -Seats 5-6 adults, with lounger -Footprint is approximately 90 in x 90 in (7.5 ft x 7.5 ft) -Handy cover lifter is included -Wood steps and metal handrail are included -Owner's manual is included -Plastic back pieces of jets were replaced in Sept 2014 -Runs fine, but could use some minor wood repair and paint/stain on exterior -Vinyl-covered cover is cracking and retaining water so should be replaced -Filter has been discarded so needs to be replaced (see photo for one online retailer's price) -Pillows have been discarded, but could be replaced (see photos for one online retailer's prices) -See photo for additional specs -Buyer responsible for pick-up and transport
