My FAIL is your gain. This PENTAIR STA-RITE Max-E-Therm 333 Natural Gas POOL & SPA HEATER (333,000 BTU) was purchased new in April from Pool Supply Warehouse for $2,389.99 plus tax (through Amazon - receipt available). After repeated attempts, I have been unable to get enough gas pressure from my meter to the pool / spa heater. Nothing wrong with the heater, it's just that my gas meter is too far from the pool equipment to get a sufficient amount of gas to the heater in order for it to ignite. The heater is in new condition. It has been inspected and determined to be fully operational by my local pool company.
