Hello folks. This is my 2007 35 ft trailer. I recently got this from a friend as a tiny home project. I have started a full renovation, cutting out the ugly and outdated interior as well as any waterdamage. Since starting I have completly rebuilt and insulated the front of the trailer, and have started on renovations, I have fixed the slide out and resealed the corners of the trailer. This trailer would be a great home or alternative to an apartment. It was a US Government FEMA trailer. It still needs some tlc but its got amazing potential. Still working on further renovations, but honestly want to downsize as this is a bit big for me. Thank you for reading the long ad. PS you will need a heavy duty truck to tow this home.
