Please read entire description! Tiny house/ travel trailer. I'm asking $11,000 (blue book value is around $22,000). It has a full bathroom, electric fireplace, skylight, ceiling fan, fully self contained and sleeps 4. There was a small leak from the skylight that has been sealed, which I believe has fixed the leak and have had the interior of the trailer tested to confirm there is no moisture inside, however the seam in the bedroom ceiling needs minor repair and I have not had time to make the simple, inexpensive repair. (thus the price being 1/2 of the blue book value) This would make a great MIL house, she shed, or travel trailer!
