He was very personable, knew all about  the vehicle we bought,  as well as demonstrated  how to use them.

He had the vehicle cleaned and detailed  by the time we picked it up..  Never felt any pressure from him. He is a straight shooter and never tried to bluff us when he did not know the answer to our many questions,
