Boat that can be used as a small ADU. 45 ft Commercial transport only Can not go back in the water . Its a land ornament now. The issue is that the shaft logs need to be repacked, which would cost north of 30k, and the rivets are not up to insurance code any longer. Insurance says it's too risky and good luck finding a company to take it on for even a descent amount.
