Mystery 12-Lug Brass Piccolo Snare Drum

Interesting oddball snare drum of unknown provenance. Possibly purecussion judging by the components. It's a brass shell, 14x3.5", with 12 (twelve) breadbox lugs. This combination makes for an absolute spitfire of a snare - sensitive, crisp, and in its comfort zone melting faces volume wise. Even tuned down it stays loud and sensitive, which makes it a very versatile drum. If I weren't loaded up with piccolo snares already I'd keep it, but as it is I don't need to hang onto it.
