Selling this for my in laws who no longer use it. Can haul your toys where ever you want to go. It is a 2012 but looks brand new inside and out. Got new tires on a couple years ago and only have a couple miles on them. Nothing wrong with beauty just family has grown up and wanting to down size tremendously. Has everything in it you need include generator, outside shower and lots of storage inside and out, and also has two propane gas tanks and two gas tanks for the generator and all the toya you bring with you. Sleeps (7-but could put a king size mattress down in the back with the other two beds and get way more sleeping area). Had a new roof put on it last year do to a small tear and didn’t want anything to happen so insurance help by most of it.
