2012 Honda Cr-v

Hi I inherited a newer CRV from a family member passing, so I'm selling my super reliable (slightly older) CRV. I bought this car from Carmax in March 2024, and have been super tight about the maintenance and kept it really clean. It has brand new tires, brakes are probably at 60 percent, and transmission fluid done about 3 months ago. Clean title No accidents - Carfax and none while I've owned it. 141k miles New tires There is a loan through Capital One that has about 3500 left. I called them and they told me that when I sell it, I just have to call them (with the buyer), I'll pay off the loan with the purchase money right then and there, and then we just give them the new buyer's information and they send the title directly to them.
