These items are heavily used with obvious wear and tear. They come from a home with kids and pets but is smoke free. The dining room table is missing a chair and one of the chairs has a broken "spoke". There is an insert to extend the table (not pictured). The couches have some obvious rips and tears but can be repaired if you know a seamstress or are one. The couch cushions can removed and washed and dried in washer /dryer (I have done this several times). The rest of it could be steam cleaned. I also have a coffee table that rises up. All FREE! Must pick up! I don't have a truck. I live in northern Rio Rancho near the Santa Ana star center. I can however help load and move out. These could be good for a family in need or a DIY project and turn them into something of your own!
