Well I had to change my review unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased from marcel ended up being a lemon, 1 week after I noticed it had an exhaust leak, I fixed that myself because it wasn't covered with the extended warranty, after I noticed that the engine had a tick or tapping sound, ended up being failed lifters, repaired under warranty, still making sound it's almost been in the shop as long as I've been driving it, as of today still dealing with it investing more money, so yes great at selling cars but I definitely feel ripped off! Sacred to even drive it for long distances, please be careful buying your vehicle here.

I went in to look at a 2017 Audi A4 with intensions of only looking,I was greeted by Marcel, and after taking a copy of my license and insurance Info, he handed me the keys to test drive ..I was surprised at how clean the vehicle was and how  I instantly  fell in love with it.
Marcel made the buying process stress-free and enjoyable..
It was a fairly quick process.
Marcel has a super chill personality which made me feel very comfortable
Not to mention I got a great deal on my trade in.
If you're looking for a good car, with a stress free environment  then  NW truck and SUV is the place to go and Marcel is the guy  you want to ask to speak to.

I got a truck here and yes, they are very friendly and they’ll do anything to get you into the car you want. Unfortunately the truck I got from them only ran for 1 month and a half and now it needs a new engine. I also paid for the Extended warranty gold package and now they don’t want to pay for the tear down of the engine and I’m having to pay 2,000 out of pocket. If you decide to buy a car or anything from here, please bring your trusted mechanic. And inspect the vehicle. I’ll never come back here and will never recommend this place to anyone.

This evening my husband and I have been looking for a new suv, as we recently had a baby and needed a larger vehicle! We were greeted by Blake, who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the Escalade we were interested in. I wasn’t sure I was ready to pull the trigger and don came out to go over additional numbers. When we left the dealership to check out other ones, they were so kind and not pushy. After a couple hours we returned to make the deal happen! I was able to negotiate, which did not feel intimidating what so ever! We were able to be accommodated on a complicated deal with a trade in and multiple financial institutions from Marcel… seriously these guys are so kind, knowledgeable, and will work their hardest to make a deal happen that works with your budget! They even stayed late, as it was a time consuming process to handle multiple loans… seriously 5 stars!!!!
