1986 Roughwater CHB Trawler

This is a 1986 Roughwater CHB Trawler. 45'. 300 gal fuel capacity. 2 tanks (150 gal/ea). Freshwater tank -100 gal. Holding tank - 40 gal. I'm fire selling it cuz I need it gone. $26k. Both engines work. Detroit 8.2L The Starboard Governor is new, but needs adjustment/calibration . It restricts the speed to 7 knots. Generator needs to be looked at. I never used it, but I know it needs to be serviced. The three big windows in front need new molding. It needs bottom paint. V-Birth sump pump needs replacement. Stateroom shower works but sump pump box needs replacement. Sinks all work. Two heads. V-birth Manuel pump. Works, but need new seals. Stateroom head electric. New macerator. Davit works. Some of the gauges in Pilot house need replacement or fixed. Yes, there are some problems, but it's a lot of boat for the price, especially that both engines work. I'm not wheeling and dealing....that's why I have it at this price. I need it gone. Contact asap to show.
