I'll start with the positives.   Everyone is very professionally trained and the showroom is beautiful.   That said I am not a fan of the auto nation corporate pricing policy which is basically one price on used cars take it or leave it.  The sales and management teams appear to have very little if any flexibility when it comes to price and or service on the sale of their used vehicles.   We had prearranged a pickup date and time a week in advance.   We worked with a specific sales manager and sales person.   Neither were present on the pick up day.   Those who were there had very little idea of what to do and where our paper work was, delaying the process significantly.   After we took the car home it wouldn't start.   The only response was call a tow truck and have it brought back in.  Unfortunately I can not recommend Audi Hilton when it comes to their used car sales experience.

I made an appointment on 8/13 to bring the car in on 8/14 and received verification of the appointment,  When I got to the dealer they had no knowledge of my appointment.   The service person got me in regardless which was very good.   I wanted an oil change plus have a window fixed and the service writer let me know that I had a prepaid full service agreement available which included changing plugs, fluids, etc.   I told her to go ahead.  I later learned during the video from the mechanic that he was doing a 40,000 mile service when my car had only 25,400 miles on it.   If I had know that this included service was recommended at 40,000 miles I would have saved it for a later date and just paid for the oil change now.  When I asked the service writer about it when I picked the car up she said that this is also based on time not just miles and it would expire.   I asked her when it would expire and she said 2026.   I would have liked to have a conversation about my options on the prepaid service.

Otherwise the service was fine and the shuttle driver was courteous.

During purchase, the dealership staff were unfailingly friendly, patient, and seriously knowledgeable, with no hint of pressure or manipulation. The sales staff went out of their way to be helpful. I'm delighted with the vehicle and options I chose. Recently returned for first scheduled maintenance. Once again, the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. The service tech texted me a video of work in progress, pointing out areas that needed attention. The entire cost of the service, including a new tire, was covered by the insurance obtained at time of purchase. This dealership has consistently been a pleasure to deal with.
