I have been fishing since I was a toddler when my father took me fishing and since then, I started to develop my love for fishing and became quite good at it. I spent years learning from the elders and OG's at the Pacifica Pier and soaking up everything I could. I personally enjoy poke pole fishing because you it keeps you active and more of a hunt for the fish. It's a different method of catching fish and the fight/pull of the eel is addicting! By poke poling, you are able to catch variety of species of rockfish and monkey faced eel. Lessons start at $35/hour. I will provide all equipment and bait during your lesson and anything you catch is yours as long as it is legal size.
