Forest River Rockwood High Wall Series toy hauler HW316TH has 105" x 84" front deck storage with expanded metal decking for carrying toys. Camper in very good condition for the year, it's evident that the previous owner kept it inside and was very caring of both the interior/exterior. No paint/decal fading. This folding pop-up camper also includes front and rear king tent end beds with heated mattresses and brand new thermal winter covers for the canvas. Not your typical pop-up. Frame is heavy tube steel, 2 5/16 hitch and pulls nicely. I have a 2024 canam limited, to load the tanks are removed, trailer lowered to ground then drive on the ramps. Wheels cantilever on the ramps. Pulls very nice. Could also hold a couple 4-wheelers etc. A hard wall inside shower area also provides a toilet and cabinet. additional outside shower. A single slide out dinette that converts into a bed. Has a sofa with a corner seat along the front wall. The opposite corner holds a cabinet. The kitchen wall offers a three burner range with oven, double kitchen sink, microwave, cabinet, radio and refrigerator. All like new conditions. Two minor flaws The roof is a hard shell, must have a small crack because there's a patch installed, I didn't even notice it when I purchased it. Second the slide out has a couple spots where the canvas stitching pulled away, would be easy repair, not noticeable from the outside. For a 2014 I'd rate the condition 9 plus. The trailer is currently located inside and popped up ready for viewing. It's still winterized. Low retail on JD power is $10,600, average retail is $12,800. This camper is above average condition.
