Futon: 90" L (with arm rests) x 40" W Fold Out Bed: Full Size (80" L x 56" W) Black Leather Pull Out Futon/Bed Great condition, rarely used. We kept it in our office for guests. Comes with 3 cushion pillows and storage underneath when being used as a bed. The arm rests are detachable for when you convert it from a couch to a bed. Great piece of furniture for the price! Make sure to bring a couple people to haul it downstairs, we live in a second floor apartment.
