As a small business owner, I really appreciate the professionalism and the knowledge that I got from Mike. He helped me to understand the benefits and risks of buying new vs used equipment but also understood that I needed quality on a budget. I purchased two refrigerators, a freezer, a mixer and a lot of other small equipment. If you need anything for a commercial kitchen like storage containers, deep fryer, equipment, baking equipment, pans, large pots, they have it all at reasonable prices. Store was also clean and organized. My current fridge went out so I needed next day delivery and Mike was able to get that done too. Customer representative wasn’t the best at assisting me in acquiring store goods. When speaking to her on third party app she didn’t inform me that they didn’t accept American Express. After I already arrived and was ready to pay, She then informed me with an unprofessional stuck up attitude that they don’t. Also When sending me the receipt she also took all my information down incorrectly . When I called her she informed me she was away from the desk and she would send it to me when she gets the chance. (With sarcasm) Very unprofessional. She also had me pay for the items before I even checked to see if the items were working. Will not be coming back and will be my fellow colleagues know to stay away from this establishment.

This place is awesome! Ariana was friendly and called me to check about a used piece I was interested in, and they were quick to honor a price discrepancy without pushback. The shop floor is clean.

The owner Mike is the man, he fully serviced the piece I was purchasing in front of me, and even gave me a backup part for free to make sure I'd be good to go for the long run.

I probably should have tipped him directly but wasn't sure he'd take it so I left a bit extra at the front. We're in Ventura but I would make the drive again to buy from these guys! Thanks
