Near mint condition Bugera V55 guitar amplifier head. This is a massively versatile and great sounding amp. There aren’t a huge number of online videos, but all the reviews on Sweetwater and other sites tell the same story. It has 6L6 power tubes and 12AX7 preamps. It nails the Jimi Hendrix “Little Wing” tone as he recorded those on 6L6’s. It’s clean, glassy, and a little chimey, but if you adjust the middle, sag the eq, and plug in humbuckers, it can nail the Neil Young sag tone. It also has a gain channel, but I love the cleans so much I hardly used it. It can get LOUD at 55 watts, but it’s master volume can decrease that without sacrificing any tone. The fidelity is insane. It also has a switch to drop it to 33 watts, which gives a different volume cap and a slightly different tone. It has special tube monitoring that extends the life of the tubes 20X. It also can have new tubes swapped out without re-biasing. It has a light that lets you know which tube needs to be swapped and can be done one at a time if it ever needs to happen. It can take 4, 8, or 16 ohm speakers and has an effects loop It comes with a foot switch for reverb and channel switching. This amp has never left home, smoke free, and played only a little as I’m mostly doing acoustic and have another smaller amp with headphones for my nighttime playing.
