2008 Subaru Tribeca

2008 Subaru Tribeca - car has an oil leak that I am unable to fix. I purchased it from an auction and was not told about the oil leak, I even commented to my boys that I felt like they were behaving oddly, moving the car and checking the ground, like 3 separate times but when I asked them, I was told they had dropped something and were looking for it. As soon as I got into the car, the check engine light was on and the cruise control light was flashing so we drove it straight home. Cleaned the car out and we ran to the grocery store. When we got back is when I noticed the oil on the ground but wasn’t sure it was coming from my car until the next morning. I’ve driven it around town, if necessary, which hasn’t happened very often as I have chosen to walk instead. It’s really frustrating that, after having gone so long without a car that when I finally am able to buy one again, it’s got an issue that I can’t afford to fix.
