Take offs only in favor for tubular aftermarket parts. These are all great for old 3rd gens where that the bushings are junk and clanking going over bumps and potholes. After buying bushings and taking time to press them in.. You can R&R mine several times lol and if you have to pay someone to install bushings... Thats paying them to remove part, press old out and new in and install part! That = $$$ vs mine $ and even if I install them for a tad extra.. Still be a fraction of cost vs a shop. Or if you got aftermarket tubular parts and want them installed, I can for cheap also I've been modding 3rd and 4th gens since 2003. Top end swaps to dyno tuning. Have tons of Gen3 lsx parts. Have (2) 5.3L laying around I was going to use. But I found an LS2 and lq4 so do not need these 5.3's. -Gen 4 5.3 shortblock with pan and water pump ( was going to build and do the dod delete. However, dod works. But for intake manifold and heads for another project. I have truck heads for higher compression was going to port and add for this. Can assemble everything ( long block form). Shortblock $500 Longblock $700 plus cost of gaskets - Rebuildable 2002 LM7 5.3. Had low compression/misfire on just 1 cylinder. Haven't torn down to fix. But ran great minus that. Easy fix I'm sure. $350 as is. Or can fix for extra. Just haven't had the time.
