I am extremely happy with my experience at Exotic Motors. Sean and Aaron made sure everything went smoothly, answering all my questions and concerns with great patience. They also helped me get a loan with a decent interest rate, and they arranged for the vehicle to be shipped to my home in South Carolina. Thanks to them I was able to purchase one of my favorite cars.

I purchased an 11 yr old roadster, 2014 SL550 from this dealership in November of '24.  The vehicle was shipped to me on an open trailor.  When it arrived to us from Illinois to Virginia (16 hr trip), as it was still on the trailor we noticed that there was a gap in the window on the passenger side where it meets the back glass.  The car had been through a storm, a snow storm in Baltimore and other in climate weather from different states.  After the car was unloaded,  we found the strip that attaches to the back glass which encloses the gap, tucked awsy in the back of the glove box.  Also, both intake hoses on the engine were completely broke in two.  Also, the cup holder lid in the console will not close.  Although each of these repairs were minor, the principle of the matter comes down to unsatisfactory customer service.  The day after the car arrived we spoke to Aaron about the issues we were faced with and he apologized for the way the car was shipped as the interior was exposed to in climate weather, and the car was not in good working order with broken intake hoses (the car suppossedly went through a 150 point inspection.  Surely they would have discovered broken intake hoses and unrepaired window.)  We were assured that all three of these issues would be taken care of and we would be refunded the money of the two repairs and the cup holder would be replaced.  Once the 2 repairs were immediately completed, the dealership was notified for reimbursement but unfortunately we were "ghosted" by Aaron.  He would not return our calls and not answer his cell number.  Lastly, Chris Spiros was our initial salesman and he was very helpful and professional in asking questions and making the transaction.  However, after the transaction was made, it seemed we became a bother at that point. It was uncomfortable making an online purchase of a vehicle.  If we ever do this again, we will hire a third party to check out a vehicle before purchasing.  Today, I have the car and I am very pleased with it.  Would I recommend Exotic Motors in Rolling Meadows, IL?  Maybe.  Proceed with caution, do your homework, and pray.  Perhaps you will luck out like us.  So far, so good.  Just had to put about 350.00 into two repairs before we could comfortably drive the car.  See attached pictures.

I worked with Chris after seeing an ad for my dream car, the Nismo 370z at the price that I wanted and so I reached out and Chris made the whole experience as easy as it could possibly be. For a deal done online, I was in and out of the door with no fuss. He's gone out of his way to give me all the info about the car and made getting it out to me in Oregon from Chicago where they are really straightforward. Almost one year with my car and I still have not heard back about getting my second key for the car I bought 2018 scat pack. They promised they would find it or get one for me and they never did . The GM Aaron kept giving me the run around and Sean the sales person never answers texts or phone calls. Please if you shop here make sure everything is done same day because or else they will forget about you. Leaves a bad taste to not want to share family and friends to shop here as they are not people of their word. My car showed and there was proof that it came with 2 keys and only one was provided and gave me a story about and old sales man stealing a lot of keys and they said they would make Me an extra key and they never did
