A standard size exterior door added with lock and keys. Clean Air conditioner added, blows super ice ice cold!!!!!! With remote only 4 months old it's brand new. Shed does come with hurricane anchors. I do have new white cabinets that can come with shed if interested Shed Looks like a giant bedroom inside! Very clean no bugs! I also pay monthly pest control services! Can use shed as a house to live in or rent out for extra income or make it your personal area. Use it as an office space or even a movie /game room, endless opportunities! Zero leaks shed is in mint condition! Perfect no issues! Yes it is moveable. Must move yourself or hire a company. Approximate cost depends on how far you are going but when I called around to multiple places I got roughly $200-$600 to transport, level and re anchor! It is possible to find a handyman to move it cheaper. Shed can be put on a slab or on concrete blocks. I currently have it on blocks, elevated off of the ground for protection. Shed is originally purchased and built from superior sheds. Work and Add ons were done by professional handyman. Any questions just ask.
