Very lightly used. No stains or rips, and from a pet free, smoke free, and fragrance free home. I purchased two different lots, and the sizing is slightly different: one set of six is sized at 25-31 lbs, the other set of six is at 28-34 lbs. I used both on my toddler just fine. The PUL covers fit well over these, although they are not from the same brand. Pickup or shipping okay.
