With a strong V6 engine, smooth ride, and plenty of recent upgrades, this was my first vehicle I put a lot of love and work into this take advantage I'm not a cheap owner only quality parts have been installed maintenance is up to date frequent tuneups and oil changes no rust on body, Transmission range sensor was recently replaced due to code, after replacing it the same code comes back up my mechanic says the transmission is fine and from my experience it's great with no hard shifting I usually just delete the code when it pops up again I believe it's a sensor issue (willing to be flexible on price due to that). Key Features & Highlights: Engine: 4.0L V6 engine swapped at 150k miles, now with less than 120k miles on the replacement engine. (The mechanic is finding the paperwork for me, maybe more or less mileage) but definitely under the current dash mileage. Mileage: 170k miles on the odometer, with plenty of life left to go. Transmission: Transmission parts replaced at 150k miles – smooth shifting, no issues. Interior: Clean and well-maintained interior, perfect for families or road trips. Exterior: Minor scratches, but overall in great condition. Recent Upgrades & Replacements: New water pump (20k miles ago) Replaced radiator, inner & outer tie rods, and upper & lower control arms (all within the last 20k miles) New sway bar links (20k miles ago) Replaced the muffler last year – no exhaust issues. All new hoses – no leaks. AC: Recently recharged, with a brand-new actuator for cool air that works great. Aftermarket Radio: Bluetooth and back-up camera for added convenience and safety. Tires: Like-new tires with plenty of tread left. Known Issues: Needs a driver door control module and harness (affects power windows, mirrors, etc.). Needs a rear passenger door lock actuator (currently not locking/unlocking properly). Recently failed inspection due to "computer monitors not ready" – will need to be addressed before passing. Performance: The Explorer runs smooth, starts up every time without issues, and has zero rough idle. Mechanically sound – ready to drive anywhere!
