Let’s start with cons : the windshield is cracked on passenger side. I bought it from brother n law as project but am not able to make time. It has ac and generator and he put a window unit ac inside when he was using it but I haven’t the time to check if all the accessories attached run and function. It was sitting for a long time before he got it so it’s just old wear and tear not from abuse. Pros : runs and drives before sitting down for about over a year the water and electricity hook ups work as my brother n law lived in it for a couple months. Needs some love for anyone who knows what they are doing nothing should be too major. Started and ran last time but the batteries are dead and they are deep cell and my battery charger broke so I haven’t tried to start it in a while. Want around $7k it is a mobile house in Florida and that’s very useful. I’m pretty sure the owner before him just had it and let it sit in their yard and that’s why it’s low on miles.
