Headset powers on and the ear-cup logo lights Wireless + wired use, volume wheel, mute, USB-C charging Detachable boom mic and USB-C cable included Frame, sliders, and metal yokes look structurally sound Ear pads: Heavy cracking and peeling of the white PU leather, especially on the outer edges and contact surfaces. Foam underneath still looks intact; inner mesh speaker covers look okay. This is a very common failure on stock Virtuoso pads. Headband pad: Surface cracking along the stitch line and some flaking. Not as bad as the ear pads, but visible.
