I had a great experience with Jesse at Ken Ganley Toyota Akron. I was searching for a 2021 Lunar Rock Toyota Tundra. Jesse had received this truck as a trade in on 10/7 and I found it online on 10/8. I knew I had to act quick; car had a clean title, all services done at Toyota and had a clean carfax. Jesse sent pictures, carfax report and information on the truck asap. He was answering my questions as fast as he could and within hours I had booked my flight (coming from Maryland). When I arrived he arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport. Car was as described online and paper work was ready at the dealer. I was in an out in about an hour. So happy I can add this vehicle to my collection! Very great experience overall. I’ve purchased many cars in my lifetime. This was by far the best experience I’ve had. They managed to take a trade in on both vehicles for my wife and myself. They secured a solid deal for both vehicles and were completely transparent the entire time about what we were doing. We couldn’t be happier about our vehicles, the rates and service we received. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I was originally in the market for a Chevy and I couldn’t pay Serpentini Chevy to even sell me a truck. After weeks of them not even running my credit I decided to look at alternatives. My Salesperson Jesse Willig heard my story and promised me a different experience and he delivered. He listened to what I was looking for and quickly grabbed the keys to a Tundra and we went for a test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. They didn’t have exactly what I wanted but had one in transit. Total time in the dealership 20 minutes(appraised my truck in this time and was more than fair). He kept me informed of the status and had me complete some of the paperwork without stepping back in the dealership. He informed me that the truck was in and from the time I showed up to starting to head home it was less than an hour.  That’s including putting three car seats in.

Couldn’t be more impressed or more satisfied. I would have never even thought of a Toyota Tundra if it wasn’t for Jesse.  Thanks again!!!!
