I was having a very difficult time finding a car for my son. I finally found The Used Car Factory. I went to see a car in particular, but when I drove it I changed my mind. Ky was my sales representative and he helped me looking for other options. He did such a great job until he finally showed me the perfect car for my son! Ky and everyone else there are so nice and friendly.
There was a misunderstanding about the invoice, but Nisho took the situation very seriously and he made all possible to clear the situation with me in a very kind and calm manner. He worked with me to find a solution, and I just can say that I am very pleased with my purchase, for the way he manage his business; and for how all of them know how to do the job and treat their customers.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for any car, they have a huge selection!

I had a great experience working with the team at The Used Car Factory. During the test drive I found an intermittent electrical issue and they offered the option to send it out to their mechanic to get fixed.  The turnaround time for that repair was so quick.  Overall I was very pleased with their honesty and the communication throughout the whole process. I am even more pleased with the Camero we picked off the lot.   I highly recommend working with The Used Car Factory.

I've gotten a few reminders to do this. If it was purely on the service I got from Blake and the team it would be 5/5. They were great, super communicative and worked with me to make everything smooth. In the first week of ownership, I got 2 rock chips fixed, and a detail done by a local company, cleaning the interior deeper and some hard sap like substance across the paint. Honestly not a big deal. I also discovered the vehicle has winter tires on it. I was told winters are much softer, so the summer roads will chew them up fast. I’ll have to replace these here in the coming month. These are all things as the buyer I could have caught, but at the price point I could see an argument both ways. Just honest feedback on my experience!
