BUYER BEWARE 🚨🛑🚨🛑🚨🛑I purchased a 2016 GMC 12/21/2025 from this lot. $8000. 4 DAYS after driving the vehicle it would not start. I contacted Riggs Rodriguez and he said I “bought bad gas”.(gas from Albertsons-don’t think so!!) I  said I wanted to return vehicle and he said he would ask boss, Cruz de Herrera and get back to me. Never did. So I cursed him out via text. Haven’t heard back. Other than a “god bless”. And not another word. Glad he sleeps well at night.
I then took gmc  to a mechanic and they replaced the fuel pump and fuel module, as this was the codes showing. 1200$ later and gmc is still doing the same thing. Won’t start or dies while driving. Took to GMC dealership and they found the wiring breaks causing voltage to be inconsistent. $700. And again. Vehicle doing the same thing. Take it back to GMC dealer x 2. They replaced fuel module with the “original” for $250.  Again. Same thing. Take it x3. Replaced battery. Same thing!!
I am now at 2400$ in additional costs for vehicle. And I’ve driven it maybe a total of 8 days. I’ve had it for 2 months!!. It is a very UNSAFE vehicle to drive. It just dies, or won’t start, unpredictably, so I refuse to drive it!!! I was SOLD A BAD & UNSAFE vehicle from this place!!!! BEWARE and buy a code reader from Amazon or take a possible purchase to a trusted mechanic before giving these scum any of your hard earned money!!! I’m contacting a lawyer. Because I can not consciously sell this vehicle to anyone!!!! But I refuse to let 10k sit in my driveway!! Bottom line. Let my misfortune be the reason you don’t buy from this place!!!!! Oh! Had a 2023 recall for AIRBAG completed too!!!

I purchased a two thousand ten chevy, silverado crew cab. I waited a month to post this and I am very satisfied with the truck for the price. I would have no issues buying another vehicle if they have one on the lot.That I would want. And again thank you pacific auto

We bought a vehicle here in January 2024, I am just now leaving a review because I wanted to be able to give an honest review of experience and how the vehicle has worked out for us.
8 months later I can say that we were highly satisfied with our purchase. We bought a 2016 Nissan Pathfinder, it was in great shape, very clean inside. It has been incredibly reliable for us with not a single issue that came up.
Our experience with the dealer itself was very smooth, clear communication, easy fast process.
I would definitely recommend a friend to Pacific Auto in the future.

Mark has great costumer service. He was able to work around my schedule and in a timely manner. They have a great selection of cars and understand what I was looking for in a car. I was able to get a car that same day!

On 03/23 we purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe. We tried to negotiate price, however, our salesman would not.
Within a month of owning, when the weather started to warm, we had to take the car in to have the air conditioning looked at. Over $1500 of repairs were required including the windshield that needed replaced due to it cracking from one of the three large rock chips.
I emailed copies of the invoices & sent a text to our salesman hoping for a response. After receiving none, I called on 05/07 and spoke to our salesman. He stated the owner was out of town until the beginning of June. He assured me he would call after speaking to him upon his return. It is now 07/01 and no contact has been made. I realize purchasing a car 'as is' risks are taken, however, I would expect a respectable dealership to take some responsibility.
