The receiver features Dolby Atmos and DTS:X compatibility for object-based audio support at up to 5.2.2 channels. It delivers up to 80W per channel at 8 Ohms for robust audio playback. Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows you to wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, MP3 players, smartphones, and tablets. Onboard Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity give you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources. The Elite VSX-LX104 has six HDMI inputs for interfacing audio and video sources, including support for HDR UHD video sources. There are also USB ports on the rear and front panels for attaching a USB drive. The free Pioneer Remote app enables you to control the receiver from a smartphone or tablet. Built-in high-resolution audio support allows you to take advantage of dynamic surround sound formats like DTS-HD Master Audio and Dolby TrueHD. Supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X Playback Object-based soundtracks allow independently mixed sound to play through any speaker in your system. Effects move all around as they do in real life, so you experience 5.2.2-channel Dolby Atmos or DTS:X formats as the director intended. DTS Neural:X is designed to identify spatial effects in multichannel soundtracks and upmix them for 3D playback, while DTS:X offers independent dialogue volume control for movies. Dolby Surround is also included to upmix legacy multichannel formats for playback in a Dolby Atmos-enabled environment. Dolby Surround and DTS Neural:X Upmixing The Elite VSX-LX104 can upmix other audio codecs using Dolby Surround or DTS Neural:X to simulate 3D surround sound. DTS Virtual:X With DTS Virtual:X, you can enjoy a three-dimensional sound similar to DTS:X without height or rear speakers. It supports 2- to 7.1.4-channel input sources for delivery on 2- to 7.1-channel speaker layouts. It works with all DTS codecs, including DTS:X. Personal Preset Press the Personal Preset button on the front panel for three seconds, and your current settings such as volume level and listening mode are saved. Up to three presets can be registered and recalled from the front panel button or the remote control. Dialogue Enhancement With this mid-range sound control feature, you can make independent volume adjustments to your media, including dialogue in films, with the up/down key on the remote control. Supports 4K HDR, BT.2020, 4K/60 Hz, and HDCP 2.2 All of the HDMI ports pass 4K (60p, 4:4:4, 24-bit) video in HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision formats through to compatible displays. MCACC Audio Calibration Tailor the audio to your room's acoustics with the MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration) system. With the included microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, level, and distance, and equalizes response. Powered Zone 2 with Dedicated DAC With the powered feature, the receiver can directly drive speakers in another room without an additional amplifier. Additionally, the dedicated DAC for Zone 2 lets you listen to all your digital audio sources. Zone B Line-Out The Zone B line-out lets you connect a component with an analog RCA line input to audio sources connected to the receiver. Share sound to a nearby space, or connect a supported transmitter for your wireless headphones to enjoy your media without disturbing those around you. Built-In Bluetooth Technology Stream audio from your compatible devices via Bluetooth. With the Wake on Play function, the receiver automatically wakes up and switches the input when a Bluetooth source starts playing.
