I had a real positive experience buying a fun car at this auto dealership.  I worked with the most layed back no pressure sales associate, who was knowledgeable, and professional.  I would buy a car from Shawn again, and I think this is the first time I have ever bought a used car so hassle free, and no surprises.

I can’t say enough about how nice Noel and his associates are. I called in advance about a car I was interested in and talked with Noel. He was very honest about the condition the of car. I made an appointment and when I arrived Noel greeted me at the door. I decided to purchase the vehicle and Noel made sure the care was gone over before I left the lot. Normally buying a car is not a pleasant experience but Noel made it so easy and hassle free. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Autos Only.

Noel and his team were amazing. I was looking for a BMW that was well maintained and affordable. I found my car there and I am in love. The team told me about the price, didn't try to scam me, and was transparent throughout the process. They took care of me the entire process. I had a wonderful experience getting my first EV, a 2021 Tesla Model 3, here. Jesus and Chris took wonderful care of me; they worked with my very limited finances and treated me with dignity and respect. Jesus washed the car and charged it up as I finished my paperwork. We recently purchased a car from Autos Only in Burien. While I was hesitant, as we traveled a fair distance to see a particular car, I had some communication with the salesperson, Neil Lingam, prior to arriving. Once there, I must say the overall experience with Autos Only was very favorable. Neil is very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars, and I generally had the impression he was working for me in putting the deal together and wanted to make me happy. He even came in on his day off to meet us. After the sale, he followed up to make sure all was good. All the people we met at Autos Only were very friendly and accommodating, including the Sales/Finance Manager, Noel Bennett; there was no BS in closing the deal. As we were traveling from a distance, and last minute, he tried to find a shop that could do an independent inspection on the car. Being last minute, they were unable to, but they went the extra mile to accomodate us (we did have the car checked by our mechanic when we got home, and all was well with it). I do not understand the negative reviews-most seem either silly, illogical, or not the dealer's fault. Please note that Autos Only is a haggle-free dealership; the advertised price is generally the price you will pay. You should, of course, do your research first as to what a fair price should be for the particular car you want. The price they were asking for the Toyota Avalon we bought was very fair. In summary, we would recommend Neil Lingham and Autos Only highly.
