I believe one metal pin is missing that holds handles in place when raised( see picture) You could use a screwdriver or get a similar metal bit in size to replace. Very study. Recently painted to protect from rust. Perfect replacement for a home gym. You can definitely get shredded this winter using this item. Quick Easy driveway pickup.
