We originally contacted this dealership about a car but we were going out of town for vacation and wasn’t sure when we could see it. But they stayed in touch with us and answered many of our questions on it. When we were finally able to go see it, Tyler the owner was very accommodating. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We purchased a 2011 Toyota Highlander from him that day and he had it washed and filled with gas for us by that afternoon. The whole experience was quite seamless. We felt he went the extra mile and his assistant is a true gem too!

Great people and good vibes. Very easy to work with and there are no hidden fees. Great prices. Great customer service. The most straightforward experience I think I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend working with Tyler! This is my 2nd vehicle that I have bought from him. He’s my go to guy when looking for a vehicle.

University Auto Group hosted a wonderfully smooth buying experience. Giovanni took me to test drive a very nice Nissan 350z just minutes before closing, and was happy and well engaged the whole ride. Charlotte helped put me in it for a great price, while making the whole process quick and fun. Boris was very transparent about a possible transmission issue that they already fixed, and even delivered the old one to my home, 30 minutes away, for free! I highly recommend these great people and their inventory to anyone in the market for a quality used car with excellent service. I know I’ll be checking their stuff first next time!

I was searching for a Honda civic with some good quality’s and a good price. I saw a car from here that I liked online. I came in to see it and really liked it, but the price was a little too out of my budget for me. We even test drove it. Still I waited for the price to lower or something. I was really stuck on the car so I told my father to call and negotiate with the sales man, Tyler. Tyler was very friendly and honest about the car and negotiation. After a day my father was able to get it at a price I liked and Tyler liked. They made sure when I arrived to purchase the car everything was set up and ready to go for me. From having the car ready to having paperwork printed out in advance and ready to sign! Now I have my 2013 Honda Civic that drives smooth and has all the nice qualities I wanted! Very pleased with my experience with this dealership, thank you for my first car :)

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. They made the buying process easy from beginning to end. Tyler was great to deal with. We will definitely look here first for any future vehicle needs.
